Welcome to WeFit Training Days, owned by Treze Marketing SL (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). Before proceeding, we ask that you carefully read the following terms and conditions, as your use of the application is subject to these terms. By accessing and using the application, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend that you do not use the application.
1. Use of the Application
1.1. By using our application, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information and that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2. You commit to using the application solely for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable laws and regulations.
1.3. Any unauthorized use, including, among others, unauthorized access or interference with the systems and data of the application, is prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1. All intellectual property rights related to the application, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents, are the exclusive property of the Company.
2.2. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the application without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
3. Privacy
3.1. Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the application, you agree to our privacy practices as described in that Privacy Policy.
4. Changes and Termination
4.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the application at any time without prior notice.
4.2. The Company may terminate your access to the application in case of non-compliance with these terms.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
5.1. The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” and the Company does not offer any warranties, whether explicit or implied.
5.2. The Company will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.
6. Applicable Law
6.1. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Spanish laws, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Subscriptions
WeFit Training Days offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual, with a free trial where available under the current plan). The exact price and subscription duration are displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase.
– Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase.
– Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
– Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period at the price of the selected renewal period.
– You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
– If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
