Common/mild side effects These are the most frequently reported reactions, often resolving within hours to a day: Injection-site pain and redness : soreness, burning, or a red patch at the needle entry point due to tissue irritation and local inflammation Headache : pressure or throbbing in the head linked to NADs effects on circulation and metabolism Nausea : queasiness or stomach upset, sometimes triggered by vagal nerve stimulation Less common/moderate side effects These occur less often but may cause discomfort or interruption of treatment: Firm lump : a knot under the skin where NAD fluid hasnt dispersed properly Sterile abscess : a noninfectious pocket of fluid or tissue breakdown at the injection site Palpitations : a sensation of a rapid, pounding, or irregular heartbeat caused by metabolic shifts Blood pressure changes : temporary rise or fall in blood pressure, sometimes with dizziness Rare/serious side effects Uncommon but important to watch for, these may require immediate medical attention: Sepsis : life-threatening whole-body infection from contaminated injection Severe local infection : painful, red, pus-filled reaction at the site, caused by bacteria Sciatic nerve injury : accidental puncture of the sciatic nerve, leading to pain, numbness, or weakness in the leg Each category deserves a closer look
