Domaine Monier Perreol, Saint-Joseph 'Les Serves', 2022 2019 This Zweigelt is undeniably juicyA wonderfully deep, complex, but mineral and fresh Syrah from a plot of 20 year old vines located in north Saint Joseph. This sees a little bit of new oak aging which lends a subtle spice and rounds out the tannin structure beautifully. A profound wine, one with good aging potential, but will drink very well with a beautiful joint of roasted lamb. Very little of this is made, and we only get a tiny allocation every year, so snap some up to drink
