ISLE OF MØN GIN Style:Gin honey from white cloverIsle of Mn is the project of Sara and Uffe Skaaning Lind, who founded it in 2016 with the idea of producing a gin using only botanicals from Mn, a wind and sea beaten island south of Copenhagen that's known for its white chalk cliffs. All botanicals for our gins are foraged in the wild on the island. They include juniper, elderflower, angelica root, sweet cicely, tansy, sea arrowgrass, wild rose, lemon balm, mugwort, honey from white clover, and white
