and is the emblem (and unofficial mascot) of Celler Pardas

but as it's just above the middle of the slope it falls outside of the 1er Cru designated area

The palate is clean and precise, with bright acidity, good weight and a long mineral finish. This site is one of the best in Saint Aubin and Alex is farming just a quarter of a hectare here. In the face of this tricky vintage, Alex gave us this wines with no signs of such difficulty.
