This aluminium walking stick can be adjusted from 76. 5 to 99cm in height with a simple and quick mechanism. Just untighten the collar, push the button in on the shaft, then twist the two sections of the walking stick to put the button through the next hole up or down. When the correct height has been found, tighten up the collar again and it is ready to use.
