Each piece pairs polished 18 10 stainless steel with a handle of real olive wood, grain visible, rounded at the grip rather than flat, so the weight sits differently in hand than the resin handled sets. No two handles read quite the same, since the wood carries its own marking. Sabre flatware is made to order in Paris with an 810 week lead
