The type of device, how often it is used and how much nicotine it contains all matter

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) goes deeper, challenging the emotional and identity-level beliefs: "I am a smoker" becomes a belief to be examined rather than an unchangeable fact

Also, in general, they will die at much younger ages from these problems
